How to change your life, and where is the best place to start?

Have you moved recently hoping that it will fix all your problems?

Or do you want to move and change location running away from reality, hoping it will resolve all your life issues?

So often, we think that by changing location, our lives will shift for the better. I did move to a different country, not because I hoped it would resolve and deliver everything I wanted, but because I went to explore what country fits my personality better, and it was my conscious decision. But let's get back to that idea where changing one thing in your life, you expect everything to change.

I see now that for so many people leaving everything and moving to a different place will not resolve or change much. Because it doesn't matter how much you leave at your previous place or situation, you still bring your head and your mindset with you.

But if it is not your way of solving your life problem, don't stop reading this article because I have so much for you to discover.

Have you heard of Dilts Pyramid?

Robert Dilts has developed a wonderful model for NLP, which we can use for our personal development and the description of change processes.

The lower the level of change, the less influence it will have on your entire life. So as you can see, changing your place of living will not have such a tremendous impact on your life as you may hope for.

But as higher you climb through this pyramid and change higher level, the more impact it will have on your life.

We usually explore through life coaching three top levels.

If the person is not ready, we will go down a level or two and work our way up.

The highest level is the level of affiliation or mission, and vision. This is about our professional, family, social, or perhaps philosophical, religious affiliation and vision. This spiritual level guides and shapes our lives and gives our existence a foundation. It is about the "big questions" in life: "Why do we live?", "Why are we here?", "What is the meaning of life?"

Not many people go that far, and not everyone is ready for that, but if you are ready to shift your life in a better direction, you can start with behavior and capability levels.

Question: how do you do that?

Behavior refers to all externally perceived actions and reactions of a person: their actions, their words, their choice, their gestures, their movements, and their breathing. NLP can help to change those as well.

Start by changing one specific behavior, like taking control of your money or watching the food you eat, or even changing the way you talk and what words you use in your day-to-day life, and you will start seeing shifts in other areas of your life as well.

So there are so many ways to invite a positive change in your life that will eventually flip your life upside down for the better.

Touching on this topic once again, I remembered that I had this free tool that brings people results much faster than anything else: It s Here! Download it and use it.
