You know, when I decided to be a life coach myself, I had no idea how it worked. All I knew was I wanted to help women reach their goals and have a choice in their lives.
Of course, I started with books and education to become a professional, but the best benefit I experienced was life coaching for myself from my colleagues. And WOW, my brain had an explosion, in a good way. I started to understand better what I wanted and how to get it. And most important, after being an entire year in a fog, I finally had a rebirth and started to feel so good. My stress was gone too.
I was so surprised at how simple the process is and how significant the results are.
Of course, I wanted to share it with everyone else out there.
I was working at the bigging with only a few people and seeing how their changes were so inspiring that there was no more doubt about opening my life coaching practice.
So much work has been done since then to discover my most vital skills and characteristics.
And here I am working in 2 areas and helping females with:
We will turn it into a goal + a plan, + a list of actions, which = RESULTS. This is a no-brainer and delivers at 100% every time at clients' commitment.
At the same time, we are working on your confidence, self-esteem, and self-belief.
You will reinvent yourself to discover a better version of yourself.
YOU WILL BECOME YOUR OWN SUPERHERO.
Your stress levels will go down, and life will start to look happier all around.
I will find the excuses that are stopping you from moving forward.
I will keep you accountable, and just this can make you go ten times further in your life.
I will teach you all the tools so you can keep applying them to your life even after we finish our work together.
I will be your safe zone and your cheerleader and support you all the way.
The process is very similar to Life Coaching. But here, we will concentrate on your career only and touch few other areas affecting you to have your best shot in the next career path.
We will concentrate on the present circumstances to generate action plans and objectives for career progression.
Instead of spending time on what doesn't work, we will look at where you want to go and how to get where you want to be.
I use a solution-oriented approach.
The process is:
1. Take inventory of skills.
2. Build your first leadership resume.
3. Overcome fear of putting yourself on the job market.
4. Build up your confidence to match your resume.
5. Get to the interview and show yourself as a manager.
6. Follow up and review your interview.
7. Rinse and repeat.
The main objective of these initial sessions is to provide you with complete clarity about what you want to accomplish and then assist you in creating a personalized career plan.
At the end of each session, I will ask you to commit to taking action before the next session. Generally speaking, these will consist of particular activities to get you closer to meeting your career goals.
I will challenge you to take action that moves you outside of your comfort zone to have you moving in the right direction as soon as possible.
